Same-day local delivery is available 7 days a week, and orders received by 5:30 PM will be delivered within 3 hours. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered by noon the next day.
Orders under $35 incur a $5.99 local delivery fee. There is no minimum purchase requirement. There is a $2 fee for orders containing frozen items.
Yes! If you’re already a customer with a Healthy Rewards account, we would love to make sure you receive your Healthy Rewards points! If you are currently using an email as your account ID, use that email for your order, and your points will be automatically added.
If you have an account with us but do not use your email for it, please email us at info@allthebestpetcare.com to let us know so that we can add your email and merge your online order with your account.
If you DO NOT have an account with us but would like to sign up for our free Healthy Rewards program, please email us at info@allthebestpetcare.com with your order number so that we can set it up for you and add your online order points. Future orders placed using the same email address will automatically accrue points.

Delivery is not available on July 4, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Deliveries may be delayed until conditions allow during extreme weather events such as wind storms or snow.
