For orders within the Greater Seattle area

I live in the Greater Seattle area, can I have my order delivered instead of picking it up?

Yes, we have launched local delivery and it's available near most of our stores. It's free for orders $75 and up, and it's $5.99 for orders under that amount. Click here to see if you're in our delivery area and click here for more information about this service.

Additionally, if you are an Amazon member, you can order All The Best products through their website at amazon.com/allthebest

Who do I contact with questions about products or my order?

You can call the store that your order is to be picked up from during business hours, or send us an email at info@allthebestpetcare.com

When will my order be ready?

Orders are typically ready in about 2 hours during our store operating hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to pick up.

Can you bring my order to my car?

Absolutely! Just call your store when you’ve arrived and we will bring it out to you. 

Is there a charge for in-store pickup?

Online ordering with in-store pickup is free, as is our curbside delivery.

What is your return policy?

Our online ordering for in-store pickup return policy is the same as if you’d purchased in our stores. Just return your unopened items to your store within 30 days using the same account that you purchased them with.

Can I use a coupon or gift card?

Most coupons and gift cards can be used online at this time. If you have an older coupon, it may not work. For older coupons, call your store to place your order and have your coupon applied.

Will I receive Healthy Reward points?

Yes! If you’re already a customer with a Healthy Rewards account, we would love to make sure you receive your Healthy Rewards points!

If you are currently using an email as your account ID, use that email for your order, and your points will be automatically added.

If you have an account with us but do not use your email for it, please email us at info@allthebestpetcare.com to let us know so that we can add your email and merge your online order with your account.

If you DO NOT have an account with us but would like to sign up for our free Healthy Rewards program, please email us at info@allthebestpetcare.com with your order number so that we can set it up for you and add your online order points. Future orders placed using the same email address will automatically accrue points.
