Nationwide Shipping FAQs

Why does it say you can't deliver to me?

If you do not live in the Greater Seattle area, you will need to make sure you've chosen "All The Best Nationwide" as your store. Click the "Change Store" red text in the tan bar at the top of the page to access our nationwide inventory. It is important to click the "Allow" button on the pop-up that asks "Allow shop.allthebestpetcare.com to access your location?". How do I create an account?

Please click here to sign up for a nationwide shipping account.

How do I log into my account?

To sign in to your nationwide shipping account, please use the sign-in button in the top right of the website or click here.

How do I access my shopping cart?

Your shopping cart will be in the top right corner of the page and can be accessed by clicking on the cart button. You can access the cart anytime while shopping.

How do I view my purchase history?

To view your purchase history, click on the arrow under your name in the top right corner and select Order History.

Please note that guest users will not have access to their purchase history.

How do I set up an auto-order?

When placing an order, you will have the option to place a one-time order or the option to set up an auto-order.

If you would like to have the order reoccur, please select the auto-order option during checkout. If not, select "no" to proceed as a one-time purchase.

How do I modify or cancel an auto-order?

Auto-orders can be modified, paused if you need to skip an order, or canceled. 

You can manage your auto-order through your nationwide shipping account.

Click on the arrow under your name in the top right corner and select Manage Auto Order.

Shipping options

We ship to the 48 contiguous states only. Shipping is a $5 flat rate per order, and orders over $50 receive free shipping.

We ship primarily through USPS and orders generally arrive within 6 to 9 business days.

Payment options

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.

Track your package

You will receive an email once your order ships that will provide a tracking number.

You can use this tracking information to follow along with your package.

Check on a package that has not arrived

Cancel an order

Orders are fulfilled quickly and may not be able to be canceled if they have already shipped.

Return policy

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed. We’re happy to accept exchanges or returns for opened or unopened items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be accompanied by an order confirmation receipt. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
