Where is same-day delivery offered?
Same-day delivery is available within 5 miles of most of All The Best’s stores. Check your address for eligibility here.
What days do you deliver?
Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week, except for July 4, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
What is the order cutoff time for same-day delivery?
Orders received by 5:30 PM will be delivered within 3 hours. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered by noon the next day. On days we close early, such as Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, orders placed after 3 PM may be delivered the next day.
When do auto orders ship?
Auto orders are shipped the morning after they are generated in our system using your frequency preferences and are delivered between 9:00 AM and noon.
What are your delivery hours?
Orders are normally delivered between 9 AM and 7 PM, 45 minutes to 3 hours after being placed.
How much does same-day delivery cost?
Same-day delivery is FREE for all purchases over $75. The order must be $75 after discounts and before taxes in order to be applicable for free shipping. Orders under $75 incur a $5.99 delivery fee.
NOTE: orders containing frozen foods will be charged $2 for the special handling and packaging needed, regardless of the order amount.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Do you deliver frozen raw food or bones?
Yes, however, you must be home near your delivery time because these items will not stay frozen for long. NOTE: orders containing frozen foods will be charged $2 for the special handling and packaging needed, regardless of the order amount.
How do I order?
All orders must be placed on our website, www.shop.allthebestpetcare.com. Please select Home Delivery during checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification when your order is received and when it’s been delivered. If you do not see it shortly after placing it, please check your email spam folder. If you have provided a mobile phone number with your account, you will receive text updates. We use the Postmates delivery service, and they will send you an SMS about your delivery status as well. If you have the Postmates app, you will be able to track your item when it’s out for delivery. Postmates will text you order status updates, and you will be able to communicate with them if needed. Do I have to be home? No. Postmates will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, they will neatly place all items near the front door unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.
What do I do if my order is missing?
If your order was not delivered due to an error on All The Best or Postmate’s part, contact info@allthebestpetcare.com If your order is missing through no fault of either of these two companies, for example, if it was stolen, we are not responsible. Because of this, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to be home during the estimated delivery window.
Do my online orders qualify for All The Best’s Healthy Rewards program?
Yes. All orders for qualifying items placed online for home delivery or store pickup earn Healthy Rewards points. If you are ordering online for the first time and already have an existing Healthy Rewards account, please email us at info@allthebestpetcare.com to let us know so we can sync your account. Prime Now and postal delivery orders do not accrue Healthy Rewards points.

How do I return something purchased online?
Simply bring your unopened or unused items to your nearest All The Best store within 30 days along with your receipt or your Healthy Rewards account information.
Note that situations out of our control, such as inclement weather or traffic delays, may affect delivery times. We will keep all delivery customers updated during these circumstances.
